Many part-time residents in Los Cabos rely on Property Management companies to protect their homes during times of non-usage.

Unfortunately, Property Managers don't often have the vested interest in truly looking after the homes in the same way that a full-time Caretaker would.

By having a resident Caretaker, no small details are overlooked and everything from water levels in the pool, to functioning Air Conditioning, electrical outlets, and water drainage is monitored closely to ensure the home is operating as it should.
